PRIVACY NOTICE
Under European guidelines and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the collection and processing of personal data is necessary for our legitimate business interests.
Under the GDPR, we are Data Controller and Data Processors of the personal data that you provide to us, except where indicated below.
Personal data we collect includes :
· Customer’s Name, Address, Telephone Number and email address
For our monitored customers only, we share any relevant personal data, along with any designated keyholders’ names and telephone numbers that you provide, with one of our chosen Alarm Receiving Centres, who act as Data Processors, solely for the purpose of monitoring your security system.

For customers that require a police response to alarm activations, we share any relevant personal data with the police authority, local to them. The chosen police authority will act as Data Processors.
Other personal data we could request, when appropriate, includes :
1. Credit/Debit Card details when processing a payment.
These payments are processed online via Paycardservices operated by Acceptacard Limited, 400 Pavilion Drive, Northampton, NN4 7PA, 0333 123 1243, www.payacardservices.com
With the exception of your credit/debit card details, we store all personal data provided to us, electronically. We act as Data Processors when we process this data to undertake the installation or takeover of a security system. This data will be used to provide you with technical support, administrative and management support, maintenance, monitoring and invoicing purposes only.
Any personal data you choose to provide will be stored at our central office. The personal data that you provide will be maintained until you request it's deletion or until we are aware that data has become irrelevant. Once a request is received to delete any data, the business owner will do so within 72 hours.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal data to any other third parties, unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
At any time, you may request details of your personal data which we hold about you. On receiving a request, we will provide this data within 30 days.
